Menzies and Churchill at War

June 1st, 2008

A documentry from 360 degree films combining historical fact with period drama to show the story in a visually exciting way. We were commissioned to make maps that fitted completely with the style of the rest of the piece, so we came up with a solution that involved a look that captured the feel of newsreels of the second world war, down to shaky film and dirt on the neg. A title sequence that evoked the period was also called for.

Clifton Hill Rail Project

July 10th, 2007

This $50 million dollar project to vastly improve rail services needed a way of explaining exactly why it was such a great idea in the first place.

Working with Tribal, We created animations for both the before and after scenarios to show the present problems and exactly how things would improve. The project was fully approved and has now started work.

Since this project’s release about a year ago, we have done 6 similar projects for the DOI.

Yes, we’re still here

March 5th, 2007

You may have been wondering why nothing’s changed on the site - well, it turns out that we’re not nearly as good at blogging as we are at animation. In fact, we’re pretty hopeless bloggers.

But in the interim we’ve been busy, some of the highlights including a commercial for H&T (produced entirely by Innit), a commercial for Yellowglen, a variety of corporates for the likes of Telstra, Siemens and Tattersall’s and a whole bunch of other stuff.

Anyhow, on that brief note we’ll leave you to peruse the other slim blog pickings or alternatively have a browse through our work.
